"I do not consider myself a man or a woman. The point of my site is:
Why should any of us be forced to only consider ourselves one or the other?"
Excerpt:
Actually, "transgendered" can refer to anybody who breaks, or even questions, all the "rules" we were taught about "how to be good little
girls and boys". So not only can transsexuals, transvestites, drag queens (and kings), as well as the other types of people which
come to mind, be considered "transgendered", but so can just about everyone else.
Gays, lesbians, bisexuals and people who just don't consider themselves gay or straight break the "gender rules"
because so many people tell us "men can only go out with women (and vice versa). Have you ever been harassed for not being straight? Have
you been accused of "not being a real man" (or woman) for the same reason? Well, that's because people think whom you're
attracted to is what makes someone a woman or a man.
