Conditions of participationThe workshops are open to instrumentalists andchamber music groups, of all nationalities. All themembers of chamber ensembles have to registerindividuallyAge limit: between 18 and 30 yearsRequired documentation:a) registration form (to be completed online on ourwebsite.b) short biography, 28 lines maximum.c) a letter of recommendation.d) a recent photograph (of any standard format).e) auditions for IO will be by video, which has toinclude two works of any two different stylisticperiods (baroque, classical, romantic, contemporary).5 minutes per work. The video has to beuploaded to YouTube, vimeo or any similar videosharing site.All the material referred to in the clauses above(including the link to the audition video) has tobe sent by email to registro@instrumenta.mx withthe registration number in the subject header(we will assign you the registration numberupon completing the registration form).
Schedule:•Deadline for reception of registration form, videoand all documentation: august 10, 2012•Announcement of applicants accepted byInstrumenta Oaxaca’s Artistic Commission:september 7, 2012 (on our website).• Start of masterclasses in Oaxaca: monday,november 19Cost of the week:USD 350 including tuition, workshops andattendance of all concerts (please note that thisdoes not cover lodging or food)Those admitted to take part in the masterclasses willhave to complete their payment by september 28.The receipt of your transfer has to be sent byemail to registro@instrumenta.mx, beforeseptember 28, 2012.Any situation not covered in this call for applicationswill be addressed by the organizing committee,which can be contacted by email atregistro@instrumenta.mx
