Cookies and Web Site Information

Most commercial web sites use "cookie" technology and web server logs to collect information about how web sites are used by visitors.  A cookie (also known as a Session Variable) is a small piece of data (information) usually used to track a visitors pathway through a web site. This information allows the ISP (internet service provider) which hosts our sites to offer statistical information such as entry and exist points, page views, the dates and times of visits, how much bandwidth is being used, how much time is being spent viewing pages, etc.  This information helps us with the building and maintenance of our web sites.  At no time is any personal information stored in a cookie.
